  4. The peppercorns and wine are great, but I'm not sure about the dried cherries nor the cherry liquor. This sounds like a sweet steak instead of a meaty-flavored one.

    @PaulieDi Actually the sauce is not sweet at all. Should have mentioned that we used tart cherries and the liquor is not too sweet either it taste like Grappa. Cheers 🙂 J & C

    Those looked like "Yukon Gold" potatoes… Some of the sweetest and best potatoes I have ever had.
