A delicious and moist ground chicken burger that is quick,
healthy and easy to make.
Adjust the spices to your liking.
One of my favorites. Enjoy.
Healthy Ground Chicken Burger Recipe ~ THE BEST Chicken Burger
1/3 TO 1/2 pound ground chicken
1/3 cup panko or bread crumbs
1/4 cup milk
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp chili powder
1 tsp chives
1 tbsp ketchup
You can adjust the spices to your liking..
Mix the milk and panko crumbs, stir and set for
5-10 minutes until the crumbs are moist and absorbed
all of the milk.
Mix all the ingredients until well combined. Form into
Broil on each side for 3-5 minutes depending on your
burger size and thickness. Let set for a couple of minutes
Serve with the condiments and toppings of your choice.
