  22. Thank you for this recipe. I had leftover rotisserie chicken and used it to make this recipe. However, I am not much of a cook, so I followed your recipe to a T. So like you, I used 2 chicken breasts and was surprised how later you did not use the full amount of the tinga sauce you originally made. Since I already added the full amount of sauce to the chicken, I just hope it will reduce and make my chicken more flavorful..
