Easy Avocado Lime Salad Dressing (Healthy, Oil-Free, Vegan, RawTill4)



Quick, fresh salad dressing! This avocado dressing is fun and easy to make. While there are many recipes online, this one differs because it is oil-free, cholesterol-free, very low in fat (The only fat is that naturally occurring in the ingredients.), vegetarian, and completely vegan.

Recipe: Avocado Lime Salad Dressing — a la Le Tour de Plants
♥ 4 large ripe avocados, drained and cooled
♥ 4-5 large limes, juiced
♥ 1 tbsp sugar
♥ salt to taste
*Amounts are approximate. Adjust a little here are there as needed.

  4. I keep making this, but I can't seem to make it look like your finished product. Mine looks much more like a creamy edible sauce. How do you make it look so watery and weird like that? Please help me.
