Split chickpeas (Chana dal) – 1 Tablespoon
Washed blackgram split (Urad dal) – 1 Tablespoon
Cumin seeds (jeera) – 1/2 Teaspoon
Mustard seeds – 1/4 Teaspoon
Asafoetida – 1/4 Teaspoon
Cashew nuts – 2 Tablespoons
Ground nuts/Peanuts – 2 Tablespoons
Curry leaves – 1 Sprig
Chopped green chillies – 2 Teaspoons
Chopped ginger – 1/2 Teaspoon
Salt – To taste
Sugar – 1/2 Teaspoon
Hot water – 2 1/2 Cups
Lemon juice – 1 Teaspoon
Chopped green coriander – 1 Tablespoon
