This chicken stir fry recipe is a very flexible and practical recipe. Stir frying is one o my favorite techniques to use for creating healthy, delicious, flavorful low carb meals in one pot. This recipe has great nutrition and macros and tons of vitamins, minerals and phytonutrients. You could make it a really simple and easy version also with just chicken and broccoli and add teriyaki chicken to the broccoli then add more teriyaki sauce if you dont feel like making your own stir fry sauce. This can be used for meal prep and portioned off into individual servings or be made for the whole family as part of your dinner recipes arsenal. Either way, it is simple, practical, nutritious and delicious.
