Chicken and Dumpling ingredients
16 ounces precooked chicken (shredded)
4 Tbs (1/2 stick) – unsalted butter (melted)

    I noticed that you don't post any macros, esp the carb count (total &/or net), but I'm just curious about the can chicken soup, is it not full of carbs? And the CarbQuick I'm not very familiar with. But this does look scrumptious and the dumplings are fairly small so it must be low carb.
