Olive oil – 6 tbsp
Salt, pepper – to taste
Cut the zucchini slices, pepper – squares.
Cut the fish into cubes.
Remove lemon peel from the lemon. Only the yellow part!
Dill finely chopped.
For marinade mix dill, lemon zest, olive oil and juice half a lemon.
Put the fish, vegetables, salt, pepper and pour the marinade into the bowl.
Mix well and leave to marinate for 15 minutes.
Cover the pan with parchment or oil. For 10 minutes, soak the wooden skewers in water.
On skewers, chop vegetables and fish, alternating pieces.
Put the shish kebabs on a baking sheet and put in the oven for 10-15 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees.
