In this video we will see how to make Nei saatham in tamil.

1. Rice
2. Ghee
3. Onion
4. Raisins, cashews
5. Bay leaf, Cinnamon, cardamon
6. Cumin seeds
7. Green chillies
8. Ginger
9. Curry leaves


1. Heat ghee in a cooker and cumin seeds. Let them crackle for a
minute and add Bay leaf, Cinnamon, cardamon, green chillies
and curry leaves, onion and saute for 2 minutes.
2. Add salt ,rice and mix well.
3. Cook covered for 15 mins.
4. Add raisins and cashews
