Garlic Herb Dinner Rolls Recipe – 蒜蓉餐包 ~ 簡單做法

Yield: 20 dinner rolls

Dough Ingredients:
3 teaspoons Instant Dry Yeast
2 tablespoons Sugar
1½ cup (350 ml) lukewarm Milk
2 cups (266 grams) All-Purpose Flour
2 cups (232 grams) Cake Flour (use all-purpose flour if there is no cake flour in your area)
1½ tablespoon Parsley Flakes
1 teaspoon Salt
2 tablespoons unsalted Butter, softened

Garlic Herb Butter Ingredients:
6 cloves Garlic, finely minced
1 tablespoon Parsley Flakes
1 stick (1/2 cup) unsalted Butter, softened
1/2 teaspoon Salt

速發酵母粉 3 茶匙
白糖 2 湯匙
暖牛奶 1½ 杯 (350 毫升)
中筋麵粉 2 杯 (266 克)
低筋麵粉 2 杯 (232 克)
香菜葉 1½ 湯匙
鹽 1 茶匙
無鹽牛油 (室溫) 2 湯匙

6 粒蒜頭, 切碎
香菜葉 1 湯匙
無鹽牛油 1/2 杯
鹽 1/2 茶匙
