  2. How are your Cal's so low. Mine have been between 2000-3000. Was told that didn't matter so much. Thoughts?

  3. Do you go off keto anytime you go on vacation or have a special dinner out or was that just a slip this one time? Just curious. I stay keto during vacations and special dinner occasions but I do find it very difficult and somewhat depressing.
