I smelled my computer screen just in case but this looks delicious! Let it be known there are those of out here watching who are in fact lazy and would be interested in doing the recipe in one pot. What modifications could be made to it in order to do that, or would the chicken flavors and grease simply overwhelm the veggie flavors and consistencies if cooked together?

You said chicken and cabbage and I said yessir! Then you also said rice and tomatoes and I said may I wash up after? That plate you served up was a work of art! I wonder how it would be with okra tossed in with the onion to get a little fry on them before adding the cabbage and tomatoes (damn autocorrect won't let me say "tomaters"). Maybe do a 75/25% corn meal/corn starch coating on the okra to ensure some crunch..? Ah man, you made the right choice for sure going with thighs rather than breasts for the juice factor, especially going skin-on for sure.

  4. A couple chopped Jalapenos would have really set that dish off. I Love Jalapenos in everything. I also use at least one can of Rotel in all of my Tomatoe dishes. Peppers are good for you helps to keep cancer away. you must be a Cajun at heart , I noticed you like rice and rosemary like I do. Justin Wilson favorite ingredients the Holy Trinitys of vegies – bell pepper, celery, onion and garlic. Holy Trinity of Herbs- rosemary, thyme, marjoram. Holy Trinity of spices- red pepper, sea salt all spice or file. A cup of red wine to finish the sacramental rights of any fine dish. Good Video have a Good Day.
