材料 Ingredients:
五百克高筋麵粉 500g bread flour
三百四十五毫升清水 345ml water
二十毫升橄欖油 20ml olive oil
七克鹽 7g salt
十二克糖 12g sugar
十克即溶酵母 10g fast action yeast

    其實是港式法包,正宗法國包不會加糖或油。港式法包裏面會比較柔軟,我覺得比正宗的更好味。

    其實入面有大氣泡先代表靚, 除非要整蒜蓉包個類就可以需要細d氣泡~

  16. 法棍最主要外脆内软,自己一般都从超市买入,切片涂牛油/蒜末/盐/油,烤香出炉送咖啡。前年游胡志明市,他们的法棍更是料多味足,我天天买来作宵夜(其实很想早午晚餐都吃它)。
