    I’m not yet vegan, I would like to be but it’s such a lifestyle change, I’m trying to incorporate plant based meals in slowly. Your recipes and enthusiasm really help! I’d love to try those meatballs cos they look lush 😍😍😍 would it be possible to use oats instead of breadcrumbs as I’m trying to avoid bread?

    Hope ya'll enjoy the savoury, couldn't help myself with the plantain lool sorrrrry! Also, I have explained how me and tofu don't get on in a previous video but if you haven't seen it, in short, I don't react well to tofu, I have friends that do, I just don't 🙂 xxx

I am trying to stop eating tofu so much because too much of anything is bad for you, but people keep buying me tofu and right now I have THREE KINDS OF TOFU in my fridge that I have to eat this week or else they spoil. I need to go on a tofu-free cleanse for a while, and this has just the recipes to help me!!

    So many vegan recipes call for mock meats/soy products, which isn’t necessarily bad as they can be a great source of protein but I prefer meals that include more veggies/whole plants like most of your recipes so thank you! Also, i’ve never tried ackee so i’m excited.

    It's quite entertaining to watch Rachel as usual. I know that she is healthy because you can look at her skin it always seems to glow. That helps when you're looking to change your lifestyle and diets it's interesting to see people who are also looking good and living good. The jerk beans were a new one I'd like to try and the Ackee for an egg substitute is something I will borrow as well. Keep em coming sis.

    Never had ackee, didn't know it existed, what??? That's the beauty of a plant-based diet, discovering new plant foods every day. Will keep an eye out next time I go to the international market.

Im only transitioning from veggie to vegan as of yet (I WILL get there lol but I need better education -on how, not why-and YouTubers are making it so much easier!) But Rachel and loads of others on here are showing that it really really is essential for our planet our animals and ourselves..and also just tasty 😂 I love how she just drops in little health hints every now and then, so u know it's not like u gotta take 10 million supplements if you just get the right things inside ya. 💛
