Poha 2.5 cup (flattened rice)
Jeera 1/2 tbsp (cumin seeds)
Sarson 1/2 tbsp (mustard seeds)
Moongphali 1/4 cup (peanuts)
Urad Dal 1 tbsp (white lentil)
Pyaaj 1 big (onion)
Aloo 2 medium (potato)
Kadi Patta 2 strands (curry leaves)
Hari Mirch 5 (green chillies)
Hara Dhania handful (coriander leaves)
Haldi 1/4 tbsp (turmeric powder)
Lal Mirch 1/2 tbsp (red pepper powder)
Dhania 1/2 tbsp (coriander powder)
Oil 1/4 cup (Salt to taste)
