RANGEELA

Take your Taste Buds for a spin with this street pick “Rangeela Wheels 😋

Ingredients:
5 – Potatoes, Boiled
200gms – Puri (Sev Puri)
1 cup – Green Peas (Grinded)
1 cup – Sweet Corn (Grinded)
150gms – Cheese (Grated)
Salt-to taste
½ Tea spoon – Turmeric
1 Tea spoon – Red Chilie Powder
1 Cup – Corn flour
3 – Green Chilies’
Fresh Coriander Leaves
300gms – Thick Sev
2 cups – Tomato Sauce
Water – As Needed
Oil to Deep Fry

Method:
Boil potatoes
Grind Green Peas & Sweet Corn
Grate Cheese
Take a big bowl, put boiled potatoes and mash.
Add grinded green peas with green chilies & sweetcorn to mash potatoes.
Mix it well, add salt-to taste, turmeric & red chilli powder to the mixture.
Lastly, add grated cheese and mix it.
Make small balls with the mixture.
Take 2 puris and place the mixture on 1 puri and cover it with the 2nd puri
Make corn flour paste to coat puri sandwich.
Once the paste is ready, coat the puri sandwich with the paste and deep fry it. Fry until it turns golden brown.
Take golden brown puri sandwiches out from oil.
Pour tomato sauce & thick sev in 2 different plates.
Dip and coat puri sandwich in the sauce and in the sev.
Plate them and garnish it with grated cheese.
