Instant Poha Appam |Appe| Paniyaram| Easy &Healty Indian Breakfast Recipe Foodie’s Hut
Beaten rice or Poha in Bengali, we called it Chire( চিড়া/চিড়ে) can be used to make a variety of quick recipes. Instant Poha Appam |Appe| Paniyaram is one of them. Appam is everyday Breakfast from South Indian cuisine!
All the ingredients are easily available in the kitchen, such as:
1 ½ cup Poha ( you can take any variety of Poha, thin, medium, thick)
3 tbsp fine semolina/ Suji
½ cup plain curd or ¼ cup Greek Yogurt
1 cup water
3-4 chopped curry leaves
2 tbsp finely chopped red onion
1 tsp Grated ginger
1 tbsp Coriander leaves
2-3 Chopped green chillies
2 tbsp Grated or finely chopped carrot
2 tbsp finely chopped capsicum
Salt to taste
½ tsp Sugar to balance the taste
