2 Branzino Fish (fresh), scaled and cleaned
place on a parchment-lined parchment paper on top of lemon slices
score with a few small cuts on each side
stuff and rub the fish with coarse salt, including inside the belly.
stuff with 3 cloves of minced garlic as well.
stuff the belly of each with 3 lemon slices
tuck a sprig of rosemary inside
and a sprig on top
drizzle with olive oil
bake 15-20 min @ 450º F
1 chopped fennel
1 pint cherry tomatoes
1 tsp coarse sea salt
1 tbsp olive oil
mix and spread onto a baking sheet (lined)
bake 15 min @ 450º F
Sprinkle and serve over the fish
