Healthy Lunch Recipes – EASY FOR SCHOOL and WORK



My Dads Famous Salmon
› A light layer of Organic mayonnaise
› A heavy amount of Spike Original Seasoning
› 1 Sweet Potato
› A good serving of Asparagus
› 1 fillet of Salmon

SWEET POTATO | Preheat the oven to 425 degrees and bake for 1 hour (depending on the size of the potato)

SALMON + ASPARAGUS | Preheat oven to 400 degrees and lightly layer the salmon with the amount of mayonnaise desired. I love lots and lots of spike because of the flavor it puts out! Then bake for 13-14 minutes, you don’t want to over cook the salmon. Season asparagus with whatever you desire. I LOVE garlic salt.

Spicy Hummus Wraps
› 1/2 Red Bell Pepper
› 1/2 Cucumber
› Sliced/Shaved Carrots
› 1 Large Apple
› 2-3 Ezekiel Sprouted Grain Tortillas
› Sabra Supremely Spicy Hummus

Crunchy Tuna Sandwich
› Tuna (IN WATER)
› 2 Stalks Celery
› 2 Brown Rice Cakes
› 2 Claussen Dill Pickles
(measurements are to your liking, I usually use 1 teaspoon of mayonnaise)
