Buddha bowl

ingredients 

1 onion 

1 bell pepper 

1&1/2 cup corn

1&1-2 cup garbanzo beans 

1 cup portabella mushrooms 

1tablespoon chipotle Mrs. Dash

teaspoon sea salt 

Cauliflower rice 
1 12oz bag of frozen cauliflower rice

2 teaspoons vegan butter 

1 teaspoon Chipotle Mrs Dash

1/2 teaspoon sea salt

1 no chicken bouillon cube

1tablespoon lime juice 

1tablespoon cilantro 

1/2 cup tomatoes to garnish
