  7. Is it ok to eat whole wheat tortillas everyday to lose weight so I can make burritos with rice, beans and veggies. Even if it’s not a whole food? Trying to eat HCLF because I’m tired of calorie counting 🙁

  12. The cauliflower recipe here is for the "buffalo" style. Is the BBQ as simple as replacing the Buffalo wing sauce with BBQ sauce? Thanks, and your food looks delicious as always…

    when we make falafels, i wrap them in lettuce (w/some hotforfood tatziki sauce) & eat oven fries & lots of steamed green beans. one of my fave meals! 🙂

    Hi Hannah, I love the cabbage slaw, it's genious using the peanut sauce. It looks delicious. I think that I'll make it next, because I like the two color cabbage slaw, it's so healthy. For the second recipe, I really love the fact that you changed the vegetables and chickpea and it came out okay. Looks lovely, and I love your ring. It looks as if you had never scratch it doing thing around the house. Looks like new.
