HEALTHY TOAST RECIPES



Hi Guys! A lot of people on instagram have been asking me about the toast I constantly post! I know it’s nothing fancy but just wanted to share with you my go-to toast recipes that I eat when I’m not in the mood for rice!

1. MANGO AVOCADO SALMON TOAST

For the salsa:

1 Tbsp fresh lime juice
1 large mango , peeled and diced
3/4 cup chopped bell pepper
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
1/3 cup chopped red onion
1 large avocado , peeled and diced
1 Tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper

2. AVOCADO FRIED EGG TOAST

3. CASHEW BUTTER BANANA CHIA TOAST
