Rava Kichadi is an upgraded tangy version of rava upma cooked from rava, coconut oil/ghee, onions and veggies and usually served as breakfast, dinner or mid-evening tiffin. It’s such a quick recipe and would be tasty too. You can serve tiffin sambar and coconut chutney as sidedish for kichadi with a cup of filter coffee…the best combo! Happy Cooking!!!
Ingredients :
1. Rava (semolina ) – 2 cub
2. Onion – 1medium size
3. Green chilli – 2 nos
4. Carrot – 1/4 cub
5. Beans – 1/4 cub
6. Green peas – 1/4 cub
7. Turmeric powder – 1/4 spoon
8. Coconut oil – 3 spoon
9. Mustard seed / ured dal – 1 spoon
10. Curry leaves
11. Salt – as per taste
