    I have been following you for awhile now and I have lost weight and I’m almost back into my 8 jeans. However, my daughter told me this morning that a friend of hers (who is big into fitness) told her that Ketogenic is really bad for your heart. Now I’m worried since I’m already on Blood pressure medication. When I started ketogenic my goal was to lose 15 pounds and I’m so close to reaching that goal. Most of it was around my waist. Your videos are such a big help to me!

    love chipotle for keto! i typically skip their sour cream as it has more carbs. i usually get it to go and add my own sour cream 😊

    Not sure if you covered this in another video but I’m seeking help on hair loss. Been Keto since May. Lost 40 pounds since. However, been losing ton of hair for 45 days. I’ve already started (30plus days) zinc, extra protein (vital protein collagen) and it’s not stopping. I’ve been on super b complex, fish oil and mag/potassium since the start of Keto. What gives🙏😩
