I hope you enjoy this full day of eating while traveling…even though I don’t track, I ended up tallying the total macros while I was editing so watch til the end! You guys know I eat intuitively, so I just eat what I want while being mindful of my choices and I find it makes my life so much easier (especially while traveling)!     Do you have any recommendations on how to prevent tendonitis? I have very weak joints and my tendons in my inner elbow joint tend to take the brunt of any arm workouts I do. I've tried warming up and using joint braces and they help but not really enough. I feel like the level of pain and stiffness I experience isn't right even for having weak joints, is there something else I can do?

    If you get a chance you should try the Chocolate Proyo ice cream! They also have it at Kroger! It is in the healthier section where they keep the almond milk! I feel like you would loveeeee Proyo ice cream! It is amazing! Love your videos as always <3 Keep up the incredible work!
