3 eggs

350F for 20-25 minutes

1/4 cup seeds

pinch himalayan salt

1 sweet potato, cooked (I prep a few for the week)

    My breakfast is weird but I have been eating it every day for at least a month, feels gentle on my tummy….
    I call it Green 🦍Gorilla:
    1 cup water
    1 Tbsp hemp seeds
    1 tsp chia seeds
    1/4 tsp matcha
    I blend that first in my vitamix then in low add:
    Collagen peptides
    Bone broth burst preworkout greens powder
    And I cup of almond milk

    Then I add in coconut butter pieces to chew…. 🤣haha strangest breakfast ever but it gives me a ton of energy
