Ingredients: using 200 ml cup
Diced Tomatoes – 1 cup
Diced Cucumber – 1 cup
Diced Pineapple – 1 cup
Pomegranate Seeds – 1 cup
Diced Onion – 1/2 cup
Sliced Black Olives – 1/4th cup
Chopped Coriander – 1 tbsp
Lemon – 1/2
Salt – 1 & 1/4th tsp (or as per the taste)
Black Pepper Powder – 1/2 tsp
Olive oil – 1 tbsp
1. Mix all the above ingredients together and serve as it is in lunch.
