Simple Vegan Recipes/ Easy Recipes For New Vegans



Hi friends,
Here is a staple dish that I have in my refrigerator as a go to meal. I will eat it for a lunch at least a few times a week. It’s healthy, crunchy, juicy & oh so easy! Do yourself the favor & always keep a vegan dish on hand so you don’t fall into bad habits & eat processed food. Whole
Foods are your best bet! Take care of your body it will return the favor with a beautiful place to live.

Ingredients:
Red bell pepper
Orange bell pepper
Yellow bell pepper
Red onion (1/4-1/2 the onion, depending on your tase)
Half bag of frozen or fresh corn
Cucumbers (1-2, again according to your preference)
2 lemons-squeezed
Salt & pepper to flavor
