  9. Hey Sarah! This morning, I woke up and I really wanted to make sweet potato pancakes 🥞 but I had no sweet potato or sweet potato purée, so what did I do? I used a jar of my baby’s organic sweet potato baby food! I used old fashioned oat, Greek yogurt, cinnamon, almond milk, egg, and a few semi sweet chocolate chips and a drizzle of pure maple syrup 😊🥞😋👍 Ahhhh , I fulfilled my craving and sweet tooth in a healthier manner! Yay!
    For lunch I’m thinking some white sweet potato toast with over medium egg on top!
