Hi friends. Thank you so much for watching. Here is a very easy and delicious recipe for pumpkin curry. Pumpkins are in season. You can serve this Pumpkin curry with rice, roti, naan or pratha. 3 cups of Pumpkin.
3-4 cloves Garlic.
1 tsp minced Ginger-Garlic.
1 tsp Salt.
1 tsp Paprika.
1 tsp Coriander powder.
1/2 tsp Turmeric powder.
1 tsp Garam masala.
1 tsp Cumin seed powder.
Green chili pepper.
Take the fish pumpkin. Wash and clean the pumpkin. Cut into cubes. We going to use almost 3 cups. In a pot add pumpkin, water and garlic cloves. Boil the water and cook the pumpkin is cooked. Drain the water and keep the pumpkin aside.
Let’s make curry. In a pan add onion. Fry until its translucent. Add minced ginger-garlic. Cook for another minute. Add tomatoes. Cook the tomatoes until it’s soft. It take 2-3 minutes. Add a whole green chili pepper. Once the tomatoes are soft add salt, paprika, coriander powder and turmeric powder. Add the boiled pumpkin. Mix it well. Cook this for 3-5 minutes because the pumpkin is cooked already. Add fresh cilantro and green chili pepper. Add garam masala and cumin seed powder. Enjoy.
