材料 Ingredients (四人份量/ For 4 persons)
四百克白米 400g rice
三分一條臘肉 1/3 cured pork belly
一孖臘腸 2 Chinese cured sausages
一孖潤腸 2 Duck liver cured sausages
兩隻冬菇(浸發好) 2 Shittake mushrooms (pre-soaked)
四十克蝦米(浸發好) 40g dried shrimp (pre-soaked)
兩隻馬蹄(切粒) 2 Water chestnut (dice)
四十克超甜粟米 40g fresh super sweet corn
芫荽,芹菜適量(切粒) Handful of coriander and Chinese clergy (dice)
十至十五克甜菜脯(切細粒) 10-15g sweet preserved radish (dice)
一隻大紅蔥頭 (切細粒) 1 large shallot (dice)
一粒蒜頭切碎 1 garlic clove (dice)
一湯匙油 1 TBS oil
一湯匙紹興酒 1 TBS Shaoxing wine

煲仔飯豉油材料 Claypot rice sauce recipe:
一湯匙半生抽 1½ Soy sauce
一茶匙老抽 1 tsp Dark soy sauce
一茶匙糖 1 tsp sugar
一茶匙麻油 1 tsp sesame oil
一湯匙白開水 1 TBS filtered water
