Today’s video is a MEAL PREP video!!! I’m making a delicious buddha bowl / rice bowl, full of delicious plant-based protein, brown rice, veggies and a YUMMY tahini sauce. I love this so much – I make this tahini sauce very often and it goes perfectly with this bowl. This is not only a very delicious bowl but it is also super healthy and microwaves well so it’s perfect for a meal prep.

    Yum!!! I think these would freeze pretty well too. I’m a brat…as good as it is I couldn’t eat it 4 days in a row. I mean it’s not pizza….LoL. And I’m not afraid to use a microwave. Ya know, makes popcorn and boils water. LoL. Yum Rose!!!!😺👏🏼

    try seasoning your mushrooms with salt, pepper and curry powder. i swear to god it was the best idea that i had in years lol, it's soooo yummy.

  19. So looked up the def of Buddha bowl, or hippie bowl..yes that’s what it said..are dishes with various greens, raw or roasted veggies, beans, and a healthy grain. Sometimes they include toppings such as nuts, seeds or dressing.
